Terms of Service

1. The service

Auditaar generates automated website audit reports from publicly available information and licensed data sources, delivered as downloadable files and an online viewer. Prices and inclusions are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may apply fair-use limits to the free Snapshot grader to prevent abuse.

3. Acceptable use

You may audit websites you own, manage, or have a legitimate business interest in analyzing (including competitors and prospects). You may not use the service to harass, to violate law, to resell raw data feeds, or to probe systems you are prohibited from analyzing. Reports you purchase are yours to use, edit and present, including under your own brand where partner terms apply.

4. Payment and refunds

Prices are in USD, charged per audit at checkout, where wallet credit applies before your card. Partner and API orders are billed under the agreement on your account: self-serve API orders draw down prepaid wallet credit, and contracted-volume partners can be invoiced monthly. A completed audit is a digital deliverable and is not refundable once generated, except where an audit could not be delivered, an audit arrived materially incomplete and a re-run cannot put it right, a charge was made in error, or the findings guarantee applies. If a completed Deep Dive surfaces fewer than 10 specific, prioritized fixes, request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This is described in full in the Refund Policy.

5. Data and accuracy

Reports include estimates from third-party data models, which are labeled as such. We make no warranty that any metric matches a website's internal analytics. Reports are informational; business decisions based on them are your responsibility. Third-party trademarks referenced in reports belong to their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Intellectual property

You own the reports generated for you, with full rights to use, edit, and share them. Auditaar keeps its own tooling: the service, templates, software, and methodology. Referral rewards and promotional credits have no cash value and may be reversed in cases of abuse. Purchased wallet funds keep their value and are refundable to your wallet where a refund applies.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts violating these terms. Sections 5-7 survive termination.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms, and any use of Auditaar, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms, will post the revised version here with an updated date, and will notify account holders of material changes by email. Questions: info@auditaar.com.
