1. Who we are

Auditaar ("we", "us") is a service that provides automated website audit reports. Auditaar is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: info@auditaar.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, and profile information from the sign-in provider you choose (Google, LinkedIn, or email). Order data: the website URLs you submit, tier and add-on selections, and payment records (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers). Usage data: standard server logs and Google Analytics (GA4).

3. Audit subjects

Audit reports are compiled from publicly accessible information about the submitted website and from licensed third-party data providers. We do not access private accounts or non-public systems of any audited website.

4. How we use data

To deliver audits you order, operate your account and wallet, process referrals, send transactional email (order confirmations, completion notices, and sign-in and password emails), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

Service providers under contract (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, licensed data sources), and no one else, except where required by law. Your audit dashboard is visible only to you. A report opened through a link you share requires the recipient to sign in with a free account, and programmatic access through the API returns your audit as JSON to whoever holds your API key.

6. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active. A completed audit's downloadable deliverables (the slide deck, the dashboard bundle, the CSV exports, and the screenshots) are kept for 6 months after delivery, then pruned to save space; your A-Score and the audit record stay on your account. Download a copy within that window to keep the report permanently. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via info@auditaar.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, in every region; if declined, they stay off.

8. Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, including the GDPR and CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email info@auditaar.com to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We will post updates here with a revised date; material changes will be announced by email.
