2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, and profile information from the sign-in provider you choose (Google, LinkedIn, or email). Order data: the website URLs you submit, tier and add-on selections, and payment records (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers). Usage data: standard server logs and product analytics.

3. Audit subjects

Audit reports are compiled from publicly accessible information about the submitted website and from licensed third-party data providers. We do not access private accounts or non-public systems of any audited website.

4. How we use data

To deliver audits you order, operate your account and wallet, process referrals, send transactional email (order confirmations, completion notices, magic sign-in links), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing

Service providers under contract (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, licensed data sources), and no one else, except where required by law. Decks you share via link are visible to people who hold the link and sign in.

6. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active. Generated decks remain in your portal until you delete them or your account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via info@auditaar.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics, if enabled, respects consent where legally required.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA rights): access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Email info@auditaar.com to exercise them.
