Refund Policy

The short version

An Auditaar audit is a digital report, generated on delivery and yours to keep, so a completed audit is not refundable once it has been delivered, except in the cases set out below. What Auditaar stands behind is delivery and accuracy: if a report is not delivered as described, or arrives materially incomplete for what you paid, Auditaar puts it right at no charge; and if you have a question about a specific figure, point it out and Auditaar re-checks it. The findings guarantee: If a completed Deep Dive surfaces fewer than 10 specific, prioritized fixes, request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. One fix means one item on your action plan.

What Auditaar will refund

• An audit that could not be delivered.
• An audit delivered materially incomplete that a re-run cannot put right.
• The findings guarantee: If a completed Deep Dive surfaces fewer than 10 specific, prioritized fixes, request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge.

What isn't refundable

A change of mind after delivery; disagreement with a third-party estimate that was labeled as an estimate; a completed report that both ran to completion and met the findings guarantee (it is a digital deliverable you keep). These exclusions never override the grounds above: an audit that could not be delivered, or one delivered materially incomplete, remains refundable even after a report is generated. Where you question a specific figure, the remedy is a free re-check, not a refund.

Wallet credits and referrals

Where a refund applies, each portion of the payment returns to its original source: amounts paid from wallet credit are returned to your wallet, and amounts paid by card are returned to that card. Referral rewards attached to a refunded purchase are reversed.

How to reach us

Email info@auditaar.com from your account email with the audit ID (visible in your portal). Refunds, where they apply, are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
